- Owned the IKEA Place AR platform (10M+ users) and led rollout of Web AR at IKEA’s largest franchisee, extending reach to ~100M additional users. Managed Android, iOS, backend, SDK/API, and 3D data delivery dependencies.
- At Fugro, built four industry-first computer vision products for marine/subsea operations: subsea AR/CV positioning, marine topside pose estimation, marine topside positioning, and a subsea GPU CV platform for real-time positioning/video/AR. Built the product vision, roadmap, and team targeting tangible business outcomes, not innovation theatre.
- Built and led cross-functional product-engineering teams in three organisations (Fugro, AI in Motion, Yara). Established product trios, dual-track agile, and continuous discovery as day-to-day operating practice.
- At Tata Steel, developed and deployed machine vision/ML for industrial inspection. Improved defect detection and strengthened QA decision support in manufacturing.
