Ideas about complexity, emergence, and the friction between how organisations describe their work, think they work, and how that feeds back. Blended with science and philosophy. With the end goal of attempting to reach some bottom or foundations, describing bedrock understanding. It is avoiding pyramids, 2d matrices, iceberg hierarchies and similar intuition pumps.
This is (also) an obvious exploration and personal learning trajectory into heuristic-based iterative programming using LLMs (see GitHub).
